The engagement photo sessions are always a wonderful opportunity to spend time with my wedding clients and get to know each other prior to the big day. It truly is play time. Becky and Josh (to be married in September) chose the Scarborough Bluffs for their shoot. We had such a fun adventure together, in spite of the fact that we arrived to the super popular rocky beach just to find out it was rented out to a filming crew very involved with a crime scene at the time. Not quite the most appealing backdrop, we thought, so we quickly changed our sunset water location. When we got there, the light was magical, with a delightful shade of pink, making the lake and sky seem as one. We laughed lots in the process and we ended up feeling as if we traveled ‘somewhere else’.
I really look forward to capture Becky and Josh’s wedding celebrations in the fall, more good times await!
