Zahra and Meher’s elegant and colourful Ismaili Muslim wedding was a true delight to capture.
I had an incredible connection with Zahra from the moment she called me. I felt as if I have known her before. Warm, loving and compassionate, she is an incredible human being. We had a great conversation at the time and loved her energy.
I only met her American beau, Meher, the day of their wedding and seeing together was a joy. I could feel their deep connection and the admirable appreciation and respect for each other. Just the way it should be.
Their celebrations were wonderful, colourful, emotional and fun, all at the same time. It was not easy to narrow down all the photographs to the small collection you are about to see. But I trust it will give you a good enough idea about how it have all unfolded that memorable August day. Enjoy!
