Jessica and Jeff traveled all the way from Western Canada to be with family and friends and celebrate their nuptials together.
The couple chose to get married at the Hockley Valley resort last year, right before Christmas. To everyone’s delight, the resort was decorated beautifully, making for a truly festive atmosphere.
Jeff called me a few days prior to the event to tell me that he was planning to surprise his future wife with something very special: fireworks!
He told me Jessica really loved them and he was hoping to persuade everyone to come outside at a precise time without giving anything away.
I was very touched by the groom’s intentions and his dedication to turning such a beautiful idea into reality.
I have to say, it was a thrilling moment for everyone. Nobody had the slightest guess and they were all left speechless. Including Jessica, whose reaction was amazing and I am sure, the best and most memorable reward for the man who surely loves her so very much. She confessed later that she had always wished for fireworks on her big day!
The show of colours and light was truly fabulous and we all watched it in awe. What a night!
